James is a Bay Area native and a life long learner. His extensive background in bodywork has inspired him to seek teachings from the best practitioners in their respective fields.  James is a certified Rolfer®, Registered Somatic movement Therapist, has training in Fascial Counter Strain, Visceral manipulation, venous-lymphatic drainage, and  other forms of healing arts.
