The 10-Series
For those who want a more structured and comprehensive approach, the 10-Series offers a progressive way to work with the whole body. Rather than focusing only on isolated areas of pain, each session builds on the previous one to support deeper changes in posture, movement, and overall organization. This series allows us to work systematically through the body, creating lasting shifts that often cannot be achieved in a single session. Many clients choose this option when they are ready to invest in a longer-term process of change and integration.
Sessions are 90 minutes (ten series $2,500 or 2350 if paid in full, open to 2 payments $1,175
Pain and dysfunction often develop when tissues become irritated, compressed, and inflamed. In response, the body creates protective tension and altered movement patterns. Over time these patterns can restrict circulation, lymphatic flow, and nerve signaling, contributing to ongoing pain and stiffness.
Fascial Counterstrain works by gently positioning the body to relieve pressure on irritated tissues. When a tissue is placed into a position of ease, the nervous system reduces protective guarding and the local environment begins to normalize. Circulation and fluid movement improve, allowing the body to clear inflammation and restore healthier function.
As tissues decompress and settle, the nervous system and muscle guarding no longer needs to maintain the same level of protection. Many clients experience noticeable reductions in pain, improved mobility, and a greater sense of ease in their body.
Rather than forcing change, this work supports the body’s natural ability to heal. By restoring healthy movement through the fascia, nerves, and vascular system, the body can return to a more balanced and comfortable state.
What to expect
Precise, Restorative, and transformative Bodywork That Creates Lasting Change. This work often feels very gentle, yet it reaches deeply into the body’s connective tissues, nervous system, and structural patterns. Using Fascial Counterstrain and Rolfing® Structural Integration, sessions focus on reducing inflammation, calming irritated nerves, and restoring healthy movement throughout the body.
Unlike traditional deep tissue massage that relies on force, this approach uses precision and positioning to help tissues release and reorganize naturally.
Many clients begin noticing meaningful changes right away while deep changes can take 3 sessions, especially with pain reduction, improved mobility, and greater ease in movement.
For deeper and more lasting transformation, a series of 10 sessions or more allows the body to reorganize long-standing structural and neurological patterns
