Rolfing

Fascial Counterstrain

A gentle, pain-free therapy that releases tension in the body’s fascia to improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and relieve pain. This technique targets hidden restrictions in muscles, nerves, organs, and blood vessels for deep, lasting change.
